The shop will be on break from 4th November - 7th December. No orders will be processed during this time. 

Shop reopen 8th December with limited Christmas orders (Australia only) accepted but delivery before Christmas CANNOT be guaranteed. Express shipping is highly recommended.

SHIPPING

All orders are made to order and shipped from Adelaide, South Australia. Please allow up to 4 WEEKS for production (exclude delivery time). During peak seasons Easter, Halloween and Christmas please allow up to 4 WEEKS. Custom order can take up to 6 weeks.

If you need your order by a specific date or occasion, please get in touch and I'll try my best to accomodate. 

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped, shipping notification with tracking number will be sent to you via email. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally to New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Singapore and Philippines via our WEBSITE. 

UNITED STATES SHIPPING All duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout, ensuring no additional fees are payable upon delivery.

For all other countries, please place your order through our ETSY SHOP.

If your country doesn't appear at check out, simply send me an email or message and I'll be happy to help.
